The problem
Development finance review is document-heavy and manual, and credit decisions need calculations that are verifiable, not just an LLM's word.
What Akash owned
Built the full prototype and used it as the centrepiece of a targeted outreach campaign to development finance firms.
Highlights
- Processes documents into structured extraction, calculations, rules, due-diligence checks, risk flags and borrower questions
- Calculates measures such as contingency, presales gaps and loan-term buffers deterministically before any AI narrative runs
- Generates a source-linked credit-review memo only after deterministic processing, keeping a human reviewer in control
- Used as proof-of-work for direct outreach to a specific industry employer via demo, tailored email and resume
Outcome
Demonstrated forward-deployed problem solving: a working prototype built and pitched directly to the industry it targets.
