The problem
A small startup team needed a single source of truth for decisions, feedback and operational context that could keep pace with rapid iteration.
What Akash owned
Designed and built the workspace and its AI-assisted workflows, including human-in-the-loop review steps.
Highlights
- Implemented read/write AI workflows that retrieve structured context and return outputs to the system
- Added TrustOps review steps to keep human approval in the loop before external actions
- Used self-hosted infrastructure, DNS and documentation tooling to support team operations
- Centralised PRDs, user feedback, technical context, sales work, policies and decision history in one place
Outcome
Gave a small team a shared, auditable operating system for fast-moving product and engineering decisions.
